The REF LAB is for motivated referees of all levels — from 5th division to 2nd division. Whether you're just starting or already have considerable experience, if you want to improve and are open to reflection and feedback, you fit perfectly within this offering.
A stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and a quiet place. For some sessions, it's helpful to have your own match footage ready (for SPARK or EVOLVE).
Yes, with SPARK and EVOLVE I work with your own footage. This can be a complete match or fragments. If you don't have footage yet, I can help you with how to arrange this.
No worries: schedule a free consultation. We'll discuss your level, goals, and availability, and I'll give appropriate advice.
Absolutely. Many participants start with SPARK or CONNECT and later switch to EVOLVE for personal guidance. Switching is always possible in consultation.
New series start regularly. Usually there's a new group every 6 to 8 weeks. Check the website or contact us for current scheduling.
After registration you'll receive an invoice. Payment is via bank transfer or (in the future) via a secure payment page. In some cases, payment in installments is possible.
In some cases, yes. Feel free to ask your referee committee or coordinator. I can provide proof of participation or invoice specification upon request.
Yes, the program aligns perfectly with your practice. I take your calendar into account and guide you in your context — whether you referee in the Netherlands or Norway.
